Broadband was working fine - but not now?

I get quite a few calls regarding broadband. If your broadband connection has been working just fine, then chances are I can make it work again.

I can also set up completely new broadband connections providing you have received your welcome pack, username, password and your phone line has been broadband enabled.

I cannot work miracles...
